Certain specific credit packages offered by British Reseller are eligible for a full refund or exchange. If you have purchased one of these packages and wish to request a refund or swap it for a different package, you may do so at any time by contacting our support team. No time limit applies to eligible packages.

Refund Eligibility — Eligible Packages

If your purchased package is listed as an eligible package on our platform, you are entitled to:

  • Full Refund: A complete refund of the amount paid, returned via the original payment method.
  • Exchange: Swap your package for a different credit package of equal or adjusted value.
  • On Request: No deadline — you may raise a refund or exchange request at any time for eligible packages.

Non-Eligible Packages — No Refunds

Standard credit purchases and non-designated packages remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, due to the instant digital nature of credit delivery.

What Is Not Covered

The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges regardless of package type:

  • Credits that have already been used to create or renew end-user subscriptions
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions
  • Dissatisfaction with IPTV content quality, channel availability, or stream performance
  • Device incompatibility or ISP-related issues outside our control
  • Issues caused by your end users or third-party applications

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Requesting a refund or exchange for an eligible package is simple. Follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at support@britishreseller.com with the subject line: "Refund Request" or "Exchange Request".
  2. Include your registered email address and account username.
  3. Provide the package name, transaction date, and payment reference.
  4. State whether you would like a refund or an exchange (and if exchanging, specify the preferred package).
  5. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

⚠️ Please contact our support team before raising any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Unjustified chargebacks on non-eligible packages are a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all remaining credits.

We are always willing to work with you to find a fair resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team without the need for a formal dispute.
