1. Definitions

• "Panel" or "Reseller Panel" — refers to the IPTV reseller management system accessible through our platform.
• "Reseller" or "User" or "you" — any individual or business that registers for and uses our reseller services.
• "Credits" — prepaid units purchased by the Reseller to create and manage end-user subscriptions via the Panel.
• "End User" — a customer of the Reseller who receives an IPTV subscription created through our Panel.
• "Content" — any text, data, materials, or information submitted through or accessible via our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@britishreseller.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. British Reseller will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

2.4 One Account Per User

Each individual or business entity may maintain only one active reseller account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently banned.

3. Our Services

British Reseller provides an IPTV reseller panel platform that enables resellers to manage subscriptions, credits, and end-user accounts. Full details of our platform capabilities are available on our IPTV Reseller Panel Features page.

3.1 Service Availability

We endeavour to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary service interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

3.2 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to panel features, credit pricing, supported devices, or technical specifications.

3.3 No Guarantee of Content

British Reseller acts solely as a reseller platform provider. We do not produce, host, or control the IPTV content streams accessed through our panel. The availability, quality, and legality of content is the responsibility of the upstream provider.

4. Reseller Obligations

As a reseller using our platform, you agree to the following obligations:

4.1 Compliance with Laws

You must ensure that your reselling activities comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to consumer protection, data protection, and intellectual property laws.

4.2 End User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all end users you create within the panel. This includes ensuring your end users comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 6). Any violations by your end users may result in consequences applied to your account.

4.3 No Misrepresentation

You must not misrepresent the nature of the services you are selling to your end users. You must not claim or imply that your reseller service is officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or is a product of British Reseller or any third-party content provider.

4.4 Customer Support

You are responsible for providing first-line customer support to your own end users. British Reseller provides support to resellers only, not to end users directly.

5. Payment, Credits & Refunds

5.1 Credit Purchases

Access to our reseller panel requires the purchase of credits. Credits are prepaid and deducted when subscriptions are created or renewed for end users. All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor. British Reseller does not store your full payment card details.

5.3 No Refund Policy

Exceptions may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of proven technical errors on our part that resulted in incorrect credit deductions.

5.4 Credit Expiry

Credits do not expire under normal circumstances. However, in the event of account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms, any unused credits will be forfeited without compensation.

5.5 Pricing Changes

British Reseller reserves the right to change credit pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will not affect credits already purchased and held in your account.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using our panel to distribute, stream, or provide access to copyright-infringing, pirated, or unlicensed content.
• Reselling or sharing your reseller account credentials with any third party.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt our platform or servers.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to abuse the panel or create accounts in bulk without authorisation.
• Using our services to distribute malware, phishing links, or any harmful content.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment methods or chargebacks without cause.
• Violating any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of our services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing British Reseller staff or other users.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on britishreseller.com, including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, software, panel design, and branding, is the exclusive property of British Reseller or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our website or panel without our express written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our platform, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and process it as necessary to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, British Reseller, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

8.3 Maximum Liability

In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to British Reseller in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 No Endorsement of Content

British Reseller does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of IPTV streams or content accessed through our platform. We are a technology reseller tool provider only.

9. Termination & Suspension

9.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credits at the time of voluntary closure are non-refundable.

9.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Provided false registration information
• Initiated unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes
• Posed a risk to the security or integrity of our platform

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the panel will be revoked immediately. All active end-user subscriptions under your account may be deactivated. Any outstanding credits will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to operating in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

As a reseller, you are also a data controller in respect of your end users' personal data. You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws in relation to the personal data of your end users.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless British Reseller, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Any activity conducted by your end users through your reseller account
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any claim that your reselling activity caused damage to a third party

12. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party tools, payment processors, or content providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. British Reseller is not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of any third-party service.

Any disputes arising from third-party services must be resolved directly with the relevant provider. We do not act as an agent, representative, or guarantor for any third-party service.

13. Changes to Terms

British Reseller reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active users via email.

Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services and may close your account. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
